VNIINP 50-1-4F is produces at our enterprise Simex-Chem from Russian components in accordance with the GOST 13076-86 standard.

VNII NP 50-1-4F - is a high-quality synthetic diester oil containing additives, which increase its anti-wear properties and thermo-oxidizing stability. It doesn't contain silicium (Si<30ppm).

Application

VNII NP 50-1-4F approved and applied for such turbofan engines as:

• AL-31FN (for China's fighters J-10, J-11B), AL-31 F and its modifications AL-31FP, AL-31FM1 (Su-27, Su-27SK, Su-27SKM, Su-30MK, Su-30MK2, Su-33, Su-35),

• Ai-222-25 (Yak-130),

• R-15B-300 (Mig-25, Mig-25RB, Mig-25P),

• R29-300,

• RD-33 and its modifications RD-93, RD-33 vol. 3, RD-33B/NB, RD-33MK, SMR-95 (Mig-29, Mig-29OVT, Mig-29K, Mig-35),

• RD-1700 (Mig AT),

• D-36, D-436, D-18T, D-27 and those modifications,

• other turbofan and gasturbine engines.

VNII NP 50-1-4F is used in turbojet aircraft engines with the outlet oil-temperature of up to 175°C (Il-96-300, Tu-204, Yak-42, An-74 and An-124 ‘Ruslan’ civil aircraft; An-72, MiG-21, MiG-23, MiG-27, Su-15, Su-17, Su-20, Su-24, Su-25, Su-27 and Tu-22 military aircraft and Mi-26 helicopters). VNII NP 50-1-4f is also used in the aircraft air-conditioning systems cooling turbines and in the gas-compressor plants gas-turbine engines.
